What Adjusts, and Why It Matters

Length of pull changes in seconds via a push button at the base of the buttstock. No tools.

Butt-plate height adjusts. So does the cheek piece. The pistol grip is user-interchangeable.

M-LOK runs down both sides of the forearm. An RRS-spec 1.5″ dovetail sits underneath for tripod work, plus an Anschutz 10 5/8″ rail at the 6 o’clock position for a bipod.

That combination is why the Anschutz 1710 XLR suits shooters who move between prone, barricade and tripod positions in one match.

Budget for Glass and Mounts

The Anschutz 1710 XLR ships with no sights fitted and no optic mounts included.

At this price the rifle deserves proper glass, and you will need rings and a base on top of the rifle cost. Confirm the action’s mounting standard with us before ordering rings.

The muzzle is not threaded. If a suppressor is part of your plan, this is not the configuration for it.

Feeding It

Match rimfire is not bulk rimfire. A rifle at this level rewards good ammunition and will show you the difference immediately.

Buy several brands in small quantities first, then group-test to find what your barrel prefers. Rimfire barrels are individual about it.
